1. Service Engagement
Ascent Growth Enterprise provides AI-powered automation systems designed to streamline lead management and customer communication for roofing businesses. By accessing our services, the Client agrees to provide necessary data and system access required for the implementation of automated workflows and lead response sequences.
2. AI Performance
Our automation logic is calibrated to improve roofing lead conversion rates. While we strive for peak efficiency, the effectiveness of the AI is dependent on the quality of leads generated and the promptness of the Client's internal team in handling high-intent scheduled appointments.
3. Growth Guarantee
We operate with a clear outcome-based approach. If the established performance benchmarks are not met within the initial 60-day period of integration, the third month of service will be provided without charge. This ensures our incentives are fully aligned with your business growth.
4. Data Ownership
Ascent Growth Enterprise acts as a service provider for automation infrastructure. All homeowner leads, customer data, and communication records processed through the custom automation systems remain the exclusive property of the Client. We implement enterprise-grade security to protect your business information.
5. Liability & Limits
Ascent Growth Enterprise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of autonomous systems. It is the Client's responsibility to monitor overall system performance and ensure that all automated communications comply with local telecommunication laws and industry regulations.
